Notes: This ride encounters a steep hill descent when you are on Miller Road. You need to take precautions due to the wet nature of this road, and it does not have any guard rails along the roadside. Near the base of the descent, it takes a hard right, and there is generally some loose gravel. There are some store stops around mile 21-22 (New Haven) and also around mile 33 (Hodgenville). While in Hodgenville, instead of taking the left onto the Main Street connector, you can go straight for a few tenths of a mile. The store is on the left. There is one good-size climb after you pass the Abraham Lincoln Boyhood Home. It is about 0.9 miles long with an average grade of 5.4% (8.9% max).
Points of Interest: There is a Kentucky Train Museum in New Haven, and you'll also pass the Abraham Lincoln Boyhood home as you get near White City.
